Hi, I am Brooke and the culinary arts is my passion. It all began growing up in a family that loved to spend time in the kitchen. Today I continue that tradition with my family, sharing time together preparing meals and entertaining my guests with creative dishes paired with my homemads jams and pepper jellies. I always use only quality fresh ingredients from the local farms and orchards in Santa Cruz County.
It all starts with creativity. I wanted to know make better quality jams that were more flavorful and unique. The wonderful thing about making jam is how creative you can be. There are endless possibilities with all the many different fruits, vegetables and herbs. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a thing of the past. Its’s time to think outside the box and outside your comfort zone. My jams and jellies are made for meats, desserts, cheeses and anything else you can think of.

To truly love food you must have a passion for it. Knowing how to pair flavors that excite your pallet and challenge your mind. Inventing new combinations of ingredients that will make the ordinary, extraordinary. That’s the goal when creating my jams. I want people to open their minds to new and different possibilities. So go ahead, pair our Lemon Pepper Jelly with a crown pork roast. Maybe spread some Kiwi Serrano Pepper Jelly on a fine baked Brie. Try the unknown! Have a love affair with food.
We use only the highest quality ingredients when making our jams and jellies. Based in Santa Cruz, CA, we have access to some of the freshest fruits and vegetables around the world. We have many organic farms that we draw from as well. Living the heartland of fields and orchards, it’s important to us to keep things “local” and fresh.
